Muskan Family Charitable Trust collects food raised on auspicious occasions and distributes it to needy people up to 100 km around Surat. Other service activities include distribution of food and grocery kits to the needy, free distribution of notebooks, pens and biscuits to the children studying in them and distribution of stationery in tribal areas, distribution of meals, distribution of fruits in civil / swimmer hospitals, medical aid, educational assistance. At the same time, sewing machines are distributed to the sisters every year with the aim of making them self-reliant. This year a modern sewing machine was distributed at Ashadeep International School Silver Chowk. A total of 148 machines with a total contribution of મશીન 17,500 each were distributed with the contribution of ,500 7,500 beneficiaries and 10,000 10,000 contributions from the organization. Wheat and stationery for their children were also distributed. These included books, pens and pencils. The event was attended by members of Muskan Youngster Group and Muskan Kamadhenu Mahila Mandal.
