Regarding this, Bharat Singh Parmar of Rajkot, who is attached to this camp, faced heartbreak and death at every moment in a telephonic conversation, came out of this storm and stopped at the Uttarkashi base camp and informed that on last 23rd, 53 people including 34 trainees led by the instructor, including women, were 17 thousand. Later, around 2.30 pm, the NDRF team first reached the base camp, but due to bad weather, they could not reach it. At around 4:30 pm, the Chetak helicopters of the army, which can fly in such an environment, could not perform the rescue properly due to the bad weather.

A joint rescue operation was carried out by NDRF, Army and Air Force from the next day. In which the trapped people were rescued. When the bodies of the climbers and the instructor were recovered. This includes Savita madam from Uttarakhand who has climbed Everest world record and another Naumi madam who is also from Uttarakhand.

Bharatsinh Parmar, who stayed at the Uttarkashi base camp, told 'Aqila' that 19 dead bodies have been recovered. While the rescue operation is still going on by the system to find 8. This includes Arjun Singh Gohil of Bhavnagar.

The guardians of the missing 8 adventurers have now reached Uttarkashi and the Gujarat government has also sent top officials of the Swami Vivekananda Mountaineering Institute to Uttarakhand.
