The BJP, which is running the government in Gujarat, has so far been in a direct contest with the Congress, this time the entry of 'AAP' has made the election interesting.
However, in the latest survey, AAP is expected to get only 0-2 seats
The assembly elections in Gujarat are now just 2 months away. Before the announcement of election dates, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have started campaigning with full force. The BJP, which has been running the government in Gujarat for 27 consecutive years, has been in a direct contest with the Congress, but this time the entry of 'AAP' has made the election triangular and interesting. However, in the latest survey of C-Voter, once again the BJP government is predicted to be formed with an absolute majority here. The graph of the Congress, which was successful in giving a tough fight to the BJP last time, seems to be falling.
In the survey presented by ABP News and C-Voter on Sunday, it has been said that the BJP can get a bumper victory by capturing 135 to 143 seats in the 182-seat assembly. The Congress, which won 77 seats in 2017, will have to be content with 36 to 44 seats. 'AAP' has been predicted to get only 0-2 seats in the survey. However, when it comes to vote share, there is an encouraging situation for AAP. The survey said that the party can get 17.4 per cent vote share. The BJP is expected to get 46.8 percent and the Congress 32.3 percent.
