Gandhinagar: To withdraw the case of reservation movement, job assistance to the families of the deceased youth, non-reserve commission. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Thursday summoned the leaders of Patidar social organizations to Gandhinagar on the issue of allocating a grant of Rs 500 crore to the corporation. In the meeting to be held at the Chief Minister's residence at 10-30 in the morning, the Patidar leaders will introduce a law to make the signature of the parents compulsory in the marriage of the daughter against the will of the family.
Leaders of seven organizations including Vishwa Umiya Foundation, Khodaldham will be involved in the meeting with the Chief Minister. The non-reserved commission and the injustice being done to the society in the corporation in the demand of 9 issues to be presented in the meeting. These include increasing the grant of Rs.500 crore to the two government institutions as well as increasing the foreign aid of Rs.5 lakh received by them, besides taking the Commission and the Corporation under the purview of the Education Department instead of the Social Justice Empowerment Department. There will also be a presentation on how to do Rs. The meeting will also discuss the issue of making legal provision to make parental consent mandatory in the marriage of a daughter arbitrarily as well as withdrawing the case of agitation. It may be mentioned that after meeting at Jaspur three weeks ago, the Patidar Organization Coordination Committee had sought the time of the Chief Minister.
