Sweet Kaju katli is an Indian dessert similar to a barfi. Kaju means cashew; barfi is often made by thickening milk with sugar and other ingredients.

Content:
Cashew powder :1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Ghee :1 tsp
Saffron:3-4 strands
rose water : 1 tsp (optional)
water : 2 tablespoons
Method:
1. Mix cashew powder and sugar and add to hot ghee and fry for 2-3 minutes
2. Now add water, rose water, saffron to it by making a space in between and mix it well
3. Stir continuously until all the water has burned off and the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan
4. Spread this mixture on a plate or tray greased with ghee and after 2 minutes gently spread it.
5. When the mixture cools down and hardens, cut it into squares and once set, refrigerate
