Shake Bombay Ice
Contents:
Mendo 1 cup
Ghee : 1 cup
powdered sugar: 1 cup
Milk : 300 grams
Cardamom powder : 1/2 cup
Sliced almonds : This cup
Saffron : 5 – 7 threads

1. Heat milk in a pan and add sugar, after stirring for 2 minutes add ghee and fenugreek, saffron.
2. Now keep stirring continuously on very low flame. Then turn off the gas after the mixture leaves sides in the pan and the mixture becomes very syrupy.
3. Now spread this mixture on butter paper. Place another piece of butter paper on top and lightly pat.
4. Now let this mixture cool down for 6-7 hours, then when it cools down a bit, take the butter paper above and sprinkle almonds and cardamom powder.
5. Knead again with a light hand. Now after it cools down, cut into desired size pieces and serve on a plate.
