Guava not only keeps its leaves healthy

To make guava leaf tea, wash four large fresh guava leaves. Heat a cup of water in a pan and add guava leaves to it. Let it boil for five minutes. Now filter the leaves and squeeze half a lemon in the water. Add a little honey as per taste. Now mix it well and consume it.

According to NASBI, guava leaves act as a natural medicine, which makes you healthy without harming the body. It has antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Along with this, polyphenols, carotenoids, flavonoids and tannin chemicals are found in these leaves, which can be extremely effective in treating various diseases.
