Benoit, this is a new treatment technique that will be helpful for people suffering from serious mental illnesses. This technique involves injecting micro-robots into the human brain. These micro-robots will go inside the brain and diagnose the disease and work on a definite cure.

How will micro robots treat your brain?

According to Michael Spiegelmaker, CEO of Benoit Labs, micro-robots are bullet-shaped, very small metal cylinders that follow a pre-programmed path. This robot is so small that it can be easily injected into the human body. Then with the help of magnets they can be carried to the brain. Robots are sent to the brain using magnetic energy.

What do scientists say?

Scientists believe that magnetic energy is more secure than ultrasonic and optical energy. It is not harmful to the body. So in this research magnetic energy has proved to be more effective. The robot sent inside the body is connected to a computer by a magnetic coil from the outside and placed on the patient's head. Due to both side magnetic effects the robot is moved in the right direction and the affected part of the brain can be repaired. This whole device can be easily carried anywhere. At the same time, it uses 10 to 100 times less electricity than MRI scans.

Successful testing on animals

Bayonet Labs has used this technique on larger animals and has had better results. Trial results show that this technology is also safe for humans. Benoit Labs received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) last year. Over the next 2 years, the lab will soon begin human testing as well.
